The 2024 Saudi Industrial Expo grandly opened on 21 October in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Nearly a hundred Chinese manufacturing companies from Shandong, Hebei, Henan, Shenzhen, Shanghai, Zhejiang and other places appeared at the exhibition site, bringing the latest products and technology displays.

The Saudi Industrial Expo focuses on accurate match-making and is committed to building a bridge for economic and trade exchanges and cooperation between China and Saudi Arabia for Chinese manufacturing. China is Saudi Arabia’s primary partner, and Saudi Arabia is also our main export market in West Asia and Africa. This exhibition closely revolves around Saudi Arabia’s “2030 Vision”, with the theme of “China Saudi Arabia Joining Hands, Leading the Industrial New Era”, focusing on core industries such as machine tool manufacturing, engineering machinery, automotive equipment, hardware and building materials. The aim is to deepen cooperation between China and Saudi Arabia in the industrial field, jointly promote Saudi Arabia’s industrialization process, and promote the prosperous development of China-Saudi trade.

The “the Belt and Road” initiative is highly consistent with Saudi Arabia’s “2030 Vision”. The strategic docking between China and Saudi Arabia is increasingly strengthened, and the cooperation between the two countries in the fields of economy and trade, production capacity, finance, infrastructure construction and other fields has broad space. During the exhibition, more than 10000 professional buyers from Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Bangladesh, India, Yemen, Oman, Jordan, Egypt, Sudan and other countries have been received to visit and negotiate. The intended transaction amount is as high as 80 million US dollars, fully demonstrating the huge influence and practical effectiveness of the exhibition.
